Located away from any main roads, but close to the centre of the village and the very pretty port. A lovely entrance hall with storage welcomes you with a guest toilet before entering to large, open plan living area.

The room is spacious, with an abundance of bright light. There is a kitchen up one end, with dining room and lounge on the other end, with air conditioning. Four large doors spill out onto a shaded terrace, with additional seating and dining spaces. There are Toldo blinds fitted to this entire space, making the area multi-functional and very useable all year around.

Beyond is an additional large terrace space, with swimming pool and grassed area, with plenty of mature plants and trees, with the addition of a stunning palm tree. The garden area is complete gated and has off-street parking to the side.

Back inside, there is a door at the end of the lounge, which takes you into a large utility space and back door to the drying area.

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms. The Master has an en-suite and there is a second family bathroom. All bedrooms are light and spacious with air conditioning and doors onto a terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
An additional set of stairs takes you to the roof terrace which is also a large space with views to the sea. The property is very private, comes complete with double glazing and has an alarm system already installed.
