Siesta Mar Beach House is a unique one bedroom apartment located in a very popular complex. With arguably one of the best, uninterrupted Sea Views from all the apartments on the complex, this holiday home is very special.

Petit in size, but with all the amenities you could want from a holiday home, including air conditioning. The entire apartment has been fully refurbished in 2021 and is literally a 5-minute walk to the beach. (or perhaps 10 minutes at a more leisurely pace).

The apartment sleeps 2 adults or perfect for individuals looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in one of the most stunning Islands in the Med.

Swimming Pool:

Siesta Mar has two communal pools to enjoy, with the nearest only a 2-minute walk from the apartment, with very well-maintained gardens surrounding all the apartments and children’s play park.

Inside the Apartment:

This apartment is Non-Smoking inside. The living areas within the apartment are open plan with large sliding doors onto the terrace and air conditioning in the lounge.

Siesta Time:

There is one bedroom with a double bed (140cm). The shutters create a dark space for afternoon naps, with a ceiling fan to cool. All linen, shower towels and beach towels are provided upon arrival.

When you arrive:

Siesta Mar Beach House is positioned on the second floor, approximately 30 steps up, which gives it the marvelous views.

Apartment Location and Features:

All the amenities (such as bars, restaurants, children’s play areas, cafes, etc) of this popular resort are an easy 5-minute walk, including pedestrian access to the resort’s beach. The airport is a quick 15-minute car journey away, along with the beautiful and historic capital, Mahon. Also, within Cala en Porter is the famous Cova d’en Xoroi, where you can enjoy sunset cocktails a cold beer or dance the night away in its famous nightclub. The apartment is unique, with a fresh interior. It comes fully equipped, as well as ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms and air conditioning in the lounge.

Want to venture into Mahon or Alaior? There is a daily bus service which runs every hour (apart from siesta time). We do advise hiring a car if you wish to explore the island in more detail. We have plenty of ideas, suggestions, and places to explore, as well as personal recommendations, which you can find in the villa welcome pack. Cala’n Porter

Cala’n Porter is located on the South Coast of Menorca, benefiting from a beautiful white sandy beach with crystal clear turquoise waters in a picture postcard cove to the south and a luscious green valley to the north. An area which is great for water sports or enjoying the beach in the day, and in the evening enjoying a stroll out to the abundance of bars and restaurants in the heart of the commercial center. The airport is a 10 mins drive away, the nearest towns are Sant Clemente, Mahon and Alaior, and the nearest alternative beaches / resorts are Son Bou, Santo Tomas, Cala Canutells, Binidali, Es Calo Blanc, Binisafua, Binibequer and Punta Prima on the south coast, Son Parc, Arenal d’en Castell, Macaret, Es Grau and Cala Mesquida on the north coast.
