Charlie fell in love with Menorca over 20 years ago. Creating Island & Home from the ground up with her Husband was a dream come true. Her love of property, Menorca and helping people realise their dreams of being in Menorca is what motivates her every morning.
Charlie also manages the Rental business and two very active boys.

Lisa moved to Menorca with her two young sons in 2005 having just previously visited the island briefly, knowing it would be the perfect place for them to spend their childhood. Her legal background, sales abilities and passion for anything related to property, made joining Island and Home as a Sales Consultant the perfect collaboration of her skills, and using her local knowledge thrives in partnering clients to their perfect property.
