OUR RENTAL PROCESS
Step 1
Setting out a plan
How would you like your property to work for you? Is it primarily a holiday home or an investment? Knowing the answers to these questions allows us to help you achieve your goals.
Step 2
Marketing
We take the marketing of your property very seriously, after all. we have to sell it week after week. We ensure that the photos are just right and that every detail is covered. We also put it in-front of the right people, across a wide range of countries and collaborators.
Step 3
Enquiries and Renting
We pride ourselves on rapid response rates, as well as providing relevant and detailed information to give the client peace of mind that the property is right for them.
We ensure that we have all the check-in information required to meet current legal requirements, prior to the clients arriving for their stay at your property. This includes, copies of ID and deposits. This then allows the client to enjoy their holiday without any interruptions. We are however on call, should they need us.
Step 4
Communication
Communication is core to our business. We ensure that you, are fully updated with how the rentals on your property are going throughout the year, including any areas of concern, and indeed any positive feedback received.
Step 5
End of season round-up
We provide an end of season round-up with how the rental season has gone, both reviewing the previous season and planning for the upcoming one.
